DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT

Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable, except in the case of changes made to the booking more than 30 days before the event date, in which case you will receive a credit for the payment made, which can be used anytime in the future. If you are booking for a wedding, the deposit is non-refundable if you change your mind after the trial. You can book another trial with a different artist (fees apply).

Payment: The balance of services must be paid in full 48 hours before the day of the event. No cash payments will be accepted on the day.

PARKING AND EXTENSIONS

Parking: You are responsible for covering parking fees, including at hotels.

Extension Fee: There is an additional $30 fee for us to clip in your own extensions. Please let us know in advance if you would like this service.

UP-DOS AND HOLLYWOOD WAVES

Up-dos and Hollywood Waves: There is an extra fee for these hairstyles, depending on the length and style of your hair. Please let us know in advance if you would like this service. Not all of our artists offer up-dos and Hollywood waves, so please advise at the time of booking.

APPOINTMENT TIMES AND ARRIVAL

Appointment Times: The allocated time for your appointment is the maximum time it will take to complete your requested service. We often complete services in less time than what has been allocated. You are paying for the service provided, not the time we are there.

Arrival Time: Please arrive on time for your appointment. We have strict time allocation for each job as there are other appointments on the same day. If you are late, we may not have time to provide the full service and will do the best we can in the remaining time. If you are late and we have no time, this will still cost you and you will need to re-book your service if you want the full professional service we provide (fees apply).

PREPARATION AND COMMUNICATION

Preparation: To ensure a smooth and successful event, please take care of the following in advance:

  • Wash and blow dry your hair the morning/night before.
  • Have a clean, moisturized face.
  • Let us know the color of your skin and any skin concerns so we can make sure we have the right products in our kits.
  • Send examples of the hair and makeup you are after.
  • Send a picture of your own hair so we can make sure the desired style is achievable.
  • Purchase or have a lipstick/gloss that you want to use and top up with on the day of your event. We will apply one for you, but you will need to top up.
  • If you are getting married, purchase a translucent compact powder to use throughout the day to avoid shine in photos.
  • If you are unable to attach images, please send them to [email protected].

Communication: Please let us know any extra information or changes to your event so we can pass this on to the artist. You are welcome to talk with your artist as well, but please let us know so we can make sure this is taken care of.

CHANGES TO BOOKING AND ARTIST UNAVAILABILITY

Changes to Booking: If you need to make changes to your booking or invoice, we will need to issue a new invoice with the new number of people or services, and a new deposit will need to be paid before the old invoice is refunded. No partial refunds.

Artist Unavailability: If your artist is sick or unavailable on your date, we will book you in with another artist who suits the style you are after.

COVID-19 TERMS

COVID-19: When booking, your deposit will be non-refundable. Any other payments towards your booking will be carried forward to a new date when you have chosen one. There is no time limit on when you can transfer your booking to a new date. If you or any of your guests are feeling unwell or have been in close contact with someone who is unwell, please let us know as soon as possible so we can reschedule your booking. We reserve the right to refuse service if we feel that it is not safe to proceed.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES AND LOCATION CHANGES

Additional Services: If you want additional services, such as an up-do or Hollywood waves, this will be an extra fee depending on your hairstyle or length of hair. We need to allow extra time for these services, so please let us know in advance if you want them. Not all of our artists offer up-dos and Hollywood waves, so please advise at the time of booking.

Location Changes: If you need to change the location of your event, fees may apply. Any changes to your booking or invoice will require a new invoice to be issued with the new number of people or services, and a new deposit will need to be paid before the old invoice is refunded. No partial refunds.

WE DO NOT PROVIDE CLIP-INS OR EXTENSIONS

We Do Not Provide Clip-Ins or Extensions: If you have been charged for us to clip in your own extensions, this fee is for us to clip in your own extensions that you provide. We do not provide clip-ins or extensions.
